Shipping policy
Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or during holidays will begin processing the following business day.
In periods of high demand or due to external factors (such as new U.S. policies or regulations), processing may take longer than usual. If your order is affected by such delays, it will automatically be prioritized to help make up for lost time.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery time is 14–21 business days, not including processing time. While we strive to meet this window, occasional delays may occur—especially those caused by the carrier or supply chain issues. In such cases, orders will be upgraded for priority shipping when possible.
Please note: some items may go out of stock before we’re able to update our inventory. If this happens, additional time (typically 3–5 business days) may be needed to reproduce the item before it ships. This applies only to products that require production.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey.
Important Note (as of 6/23/25): Some customers have reported tracking numbers not accurately updating. If you suspect your tracking number is incorrect or stalled, please contact us at help@balibeauty.store for support.
Delays & Support
We understand how frustrating shipping delays can be. While most orders arrive on time, external factors like customs, weather, or carrier disruptions may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us—we’ll investigate and, if necessary, expedite a replacement or offer other solutions to make things right. Our goal is to ensure every order is successfully delivered, and your satisfaction remains our top priority.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately at help@balibeauty.store.
If your order has already been shipped, we may be unable to update the address. In that case, any reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled. Bali Beauty is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
If you believe your package is missing, please first contact your local carrier to file a claim or initiate an investigation. Then reach out to us at help@balibeauty.store, and we’ll do our best to support you through the process.
